Q. Do you supply free estimates?

A. Yes, all estimates are free of charge.

Q. My TV picture is freezing on screen, and breaking up into squares.

A. This is a reception problem, i.e. aerial/satellite dish and or cabling.

Q. Is there a call out charge?

A. Call out charge is incorporated into any work that we do.

Q. My TV displays "no satellite signal being received" what could be wrong?

A. Most likely your satellite dish has moved (i.e. strong winds), and needs re-aligned.

Q. I need an extra TV point in my bedroom, is this something that you do?

A. Yes, TV points can be fitted all around your house, to bedrooms, kitchens conservatories etc.

Q. I need a TV wall mounted, can you help?

A. We can mount any size of TV, to any type of bracket (i.e. flush mount, tilt and swivel and even ceiling mount.)
